    Dear Reader{s},

Today I will be comparing the Maleficent and the Maleficent 2.  I must say I liked the second one better , if I'm being honest.

    1. The second one had less violence than the first film, though I do wonder why they don't just make these PG-13 movies. I watched the first movie when I was 9, and I think watching it once was enough.

    2. I was quite intrigued in the second movie to how Queen Ingrith could be so two-faced. One minute she's inviting Maleficent and Aurora to her castle for dinner, and the next she's plotting on how to kill the Moor folk.

    3. I think King Stefan and Ingrith would've made a better couple than Queen Leila and Stefan, since it would be a villain-to-villain duo instead of villain-to-hero. It could have …

Hey y'all, what's up, today I will be talking about where you can rent/buy the second Maleficent movie for a good price.

If you live in the US and is a movie fanatic like me, you'll probably know Redbox. I think they also have a Redbox in the UK and Canada? If you visit there, go to the Family section of movies and scroll until you find Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. Then, they give you two options to either rent or buy. The price of renting the movie is $1.80, but through July it's only 99 cents. If you buy it, it's $5.99. There are also a ton of other cool movies there, but sadly, they do not have the first Maleficent. Read more >

As a person who has watched both movies, I should say that they are both great. But here is my post about the differences.

    1. Maleficent. Of course, the biggest change is that in this story Maleficent is not a villain as we see her in the original. Also, she doesn't have green skin. 2. Diaval. In the original, the crow's name was Diablo, and he couldn't transform. 3. King Stefan. This time, Aurora's daddy is a ruthless king who spends many hours talking to wings. He betrayed his old friend to become king. His subjects are terrified of him, and he doesn't even care for his queen or daughter. 4. The Moors. The original movie didn't have another kingdom called the Moors. 5. Queen Leila. She didn't die in the 1959 film. 6. The violen… Read more >

On a warm, rainy night, I decided that my Disney Briar Rose cut-out from my Sleeping Beauty comic needed to watching her film’s remake Maleficent, coz she wasn’t in it.

“Alex, why don’t the Three Fairies call me Briar Rose in this one?” Princess B.R asked.

“Good question,” I answered, “We should ask them that when we get to that scene.”

So we went downstairs, put the DVD in, I said the magic word, and we were teleported into the world of Maleficent.
